Dr. Nathan Woods Joins Edgeworth Economics

Edgeworth Economics is pleased to announce that Dr. Nathan Woods has joined the firm as a Partner in the Washington, D.C., office. Dr. Woods specializes in class action wage and hour disputes and employment discrimination matters at the state and federal levels. He regularly consults with Fortune 500 companies to evaluate diversity initiatives, wage and hour compliance, and general business practices. He brings his expertise in the statistical analysis of complex databases to a wide range of labor and employment matters. Dr. Woods has testified on statistics, sampling, and labor economics in federal district courts and state courts and before administrative law judges.

Dr. Woods holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Claremont Graduate University’s School of Politics and Economics. He has published extensively, including on statistical and economic issues related to matters of discrimination, wage and hours, and class certification.
