ACI Employment Discrimination Conference

Dr. Nathan Woods will speak on the panel "Recent Heightened Focus on Pregnancy Discrimination – Examining the Latest Court Decisions and EEOC Treatment of this Rising Area of Discrimination Claims" from 1:50-2:50pm on July 27 at the ACI Employment Discrimination conference.

The panel will examine a variety of topics including: 

• the latest EEOC strides towards effecting tougher rules protecting pregnant workers,
• EEOC policies as related to reasonable accommodation of pregnant employees,
• the latest EEOC enforcement actions relating to pregnancy discrimination,
• scrutiny of leave policies for pregnant workers and more.
