Edgeworth Partner Dr. Laila Haider submitted an expert report on behalf of SuperValu after the national grocery supply chain was accused of unlawful termination of an employee due to his age.

Dr. Haider provided an assessment of the estimate of economic damages by the plaintiff’s expert. Specifically, she showed how the calculations made by the plaintiff’s expert overstated the losses sustained and inappropriately inflated the plaintiff’s but-for earnings.
