Defending and Managing Employment Discrimination Litigation

The American Conference Institute (ACI) will be hosting the 8th Annual Forum on Defending and Managing Employment Discrimination Litigation in Chicago, IL from July 28-29, 2016. The conference will address the increasing volume of employment discrimination litigation and how employers and counsel can remain informed and vigilant in this rapidly changing arena. Experts will provide key insight into a wide variety of topics including gender identity and gender expression discrimination, pregnancy discrimination and accommodations, age discrimination, pay equity, and more.

Along with fellow experts, Dr. Bronars will examine how statistical evidence differs in each type of discrimination case, how to effectively utilize economists and statisticians, as well as how to choose the right expert to present to a jury.
