Patricia Ramsay

Patricia Ramsay is Edgeworth Economics’ Director of Finance.  She is responsible for the finance staff and functions, including general accounting, financial reporting and analysis, tax compliance, internal and external audits, budgeting, cost containment, contract negotiations, and collaboration with executive leadership on partner compensation. Under her leadership, the finance team produces financial statements and reports in support of the firm's short and long-term business goals.

Ms. Ramsay has more than 25 years of experience in leading financial and administrative operations within professional services firms, including high-profile law firms, award-winning public relations agencies, global communications organizations, a public accounting firm, and a government relations consultancy.  She has experience driving growth and profitability initiatives, facilitating organizational development, directing strategic expansion and reorganizations to support rapid growth while containing operational costs and improving business processes. Ms. Ramsay has worked extensively with organizations to implement streamlined financial reporting and accounting procedures that adhere to the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards.
