Dr. Jesse David Discussed Class Action Litigation on a Conference Panel

Dr. Jesse David, an Edgeworth partner and director of the firm’s Pasadena office, participated in a panel discussion on class actions at the Perrin Conferences “Challenges Facing the Food and Beverage Industries in Complex Consumer Litigations” conference on April 8, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois.

In particular, Dr. David spoke about food labeling litigation and class actions on the panel “The Changing Class Action Landscape: What are the national trends, best practices and developing claims.”
