Dr. George Korenko Served as a Panelist for a Transfer Pricing Webinar

In the Webinar “Transfer Pricing: Avoiding Financial Risks and Dealing with Tax Consequences,” Edgeworth partner Dr. George Korenko participated in a panel discussion on the nature of the current transfer pricing risks facing multinational firms and how best to mitigate those risks. The discussion addressed both the high level framework for risk identification and assessment as well as specific risks in the context of recent rules and regulation changes and case law developments. Dr. Korenko discussed potential risks associated with structuring and valuing transfers of intangible property in the context of recent OECD proposals, US Tax Court decisions, and the economics of the taxpayer’s business.
