Dr. Deborah Foster Provides Proffered Testimony to US Bankruptcy Court

In order to receive court approval of a bankruptcy restructuring plan, a national retailer needed to quantify the value of potential claims related to a wage and hour class action matter in California. Dr. Deborah Foster’s valuation of the claims related to rest breaks and post-shift work time were presented as proffered testimony to the US Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware in support of the retailer’s proposed restructuring plan.
