Fourth Circuit Affirms Class Certification Denial in Case Where Edgeworth Partner Mike Kheyfets Testified

The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit affirmed the District Court’s decision to deny certification for a proposed class of manufacturer purchasers of coupon processing services in the Mr. Dee’s v. Inmar matter. In denying class certification, the District Court relied heavily on Mr. Kheyfets’ written reports and testimony at an evidentiary hearing.
