Edgeworth Pro Bono Analyses Relied Upon in DC Housing Court

Edgeworth Economics was retained to provide economic analysis in a housing dispute in Washington, DC. Managing Principal Sophie Meadows submitted a report and testified in court on proposed adjustments to the building ownership’s rate of return calculations which were used to justify rent increases. She created a module which the court could use to recalculate the allowable rent increase based on different assumptions.
