Dr. John Johnson Speaks at Wage & Hours Class Action Seminar

Edgeworth President and CEO, Dr. John Johnson, spoke on the importance of rigorous data analysis in wage and hours class actions at the American Conference Institute’s Wage & Hours Class Action Seminar in New York.  Dr. Johnson discussed the implications of analyzing personnel and other potentially available data in examining economic issues related to class certification in light of Wal-Mart v. Dukes and Brinker v. Superior Court.
