Mr. George Lynch has expertise in economic and statistical modeling in the areas of labor and employment and antitrust. He is skilled at developing and analyzing complex datasets and has worked extensively with data produced in litigation as well as with large, publicly available datasets, such as those produced by the US Census Bureau and the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.
In the area of labor and employment, Mr. Lynch analyzes data to conduct statistical tests related to discrimination and wage and hour claims. In the area of antitrust, Mr. Lynch works on class action litigations, analyzing economic issues related to price fixing and monopolization claims. He regularly conducts statistical and econometric tests to evaluate relevant economic hypotheses.
