Gregory K. Leonard Joins Edgeworth Economics - Brings Proven Antitrust, IP, Merger & Acquisition Expertise to New San Francisco Office

WASHINGTON, DC -- Edgeworth Economics today announced the addition of Dr. Gregory K. Leonard as Senior Vice President and Director of Edgeworth’s new San Francisco office, effective immediately.

Dr. Leonard is a globally-cited expert on mergers and acquisitions, antitrust litigation, class actions, commercial damages, intellectual property, econometrics, valuation, and more. He has consulted in numerous industries, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, transportation, technology, banking, finance, agriculture, biotechnology, professional sports, information technology, mass communications, energy, consumer products, and tobacco. He earned a PhD in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a ScB in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University.
Drs. Leonard and Johnson have also co-authored several important articles on the application of statistical and econometric frameworks for analyzing economic issues in class actions, including “Rigorous Analysis of Class Certification Comes of Age” in the ABA Antitrust Law Journal.
