Dr. Fei Deng’s Publication Won a Concurrences 2014 Antitrust Writing Award

Dr. Fei Deng’s article, A Five Year Review of Merger Enforcement in China, coauthored with Cunzhen Huang of Cleary Gottlieb and published in the October 2013 issue of the Antitrust Source, has won the Concurrences 2014 Antitrust Writing Award under the Business category for Asian Antitrust.

The Institute of Competition Law, the publisher of the journal Concurrences, and George Washington University Law School Competition Law center organize the annual Antitrust Writing Awards. A short list was selected by the Awards’ Steering Committee and online reader votes. Winners in each category were chosen by the Awards’ Board comprised of Douglas Ginsburg, Frédéric Jenny, William Kovacic, Andreas Mundt, Howard Shelanski, and Joshua Wright, and were announced at Concurrences’ Gala Dinner on March 25, 2014, in Washington, D.C.
