DC Legal Aid Testimony

Edgeworth economists have worked extensively to support DC Legal Aid projects.

Samuel Payne v. Tamia Wells and D.C. ex rel. Bryson Agnew v. Leo Alexander, Mr. Chuck Fields was retained to provide testimony related to the potential earnings capacity of an individual involved in a child support dispute.

In Mario Alvarado v. Tenants of 10 49th Street SE, Mr. Michael Kheyfets was retained to design a model and provide testimony on economic issues related to a petition filed by the owner of a rent-controlled property requesting that a rent increase be granted.
