In a recently resolved pay equity matter, Edgeworth Partner Dr. Nathan Woods provided expert analysis and reporting on alleged pay disparities due to gender among Associate Deans and Directors at a New York Community College.

Edgeworth Economics Partner Dr. Nathan Woods was retained by Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP in a wage-and-hour dispute between client East Penn Manufacturing and the United States Department of Labor.

According to a report from the Brookings Institution, 88 percent of gunshot incidents go unreported to police.[1] The ShotSpotter system is an acoustic gunshot detection service from SoundThinking that detects, locates, and alerts police to gunfire, including those incidents that otherwise would have gone unreported. ShotSpotter enables law enforcement agencies to provide a precise and rapid response to detected incidents.
