ABA Asia-Pacific Forum: Navigating the Life Cycle of a Cross-Border Deal | Featuring Panel Moderated by Edgeworth Partner Dr. Fei Deng

The ABA Section of International Law’s event Asia-Pacific Forum: Navigating the Life Cycle of a Cross-Border Deal will bring together legal practitioners from around the globe to discuss the complexities involved in international business deals. These issues, magnified by the challenges brought about by strained trade and other international relations issues, require new strategies and tactics to successfully negotiate, structure, and complete a deal. 

Edgeworth Partner Dr. Fei Deng will moderate the panel “Moving Regulatory Mountains: Antitrust and Intellectual Property Hurdles.” Dr. Deng will join legal experts from China, Hong Kong, and the United States to discuss the unique hurdles and challenges involved in the areas of antitrust and intellectual property encountered during cross-border transactions in the Asia-Pacific, with a special focus on China.
