Presentation at US-China Business Council’s Annual Meeting

Dr. Fei Deng made a presentation as part of the Anti-Monopoly panel at the 41st Annual Membership Meeting of the US-China Business Council (USCBC) held in Washington, DC, on June 3, 2014. Dr. Deng discussed recent trends in merger enforcement and private litigation in China. She was joined by Baker & McKenzie’s Bing Ho, who discussed recent antitrust investigations by NDRC and SAIC.

USCBC is a private, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization of roughly 220 American companies that do business with China. The membership meeting this year attracted more than 100 attendees from nearly 70 member companies, including Citi, Dell, and MeadWestvaco Corporation.
