Presentation at the 2014 Antitrust Civil Litigation Forum in Beijing

Dr. Fei Deng made a presentation as part of the Most Favored Nations (MFN) panel at the Antitrust Civil Litigation Forum in Beijing on May 25, 2014. She discussed the theoretical framework for analyzing MFNs and empirical studies of the effects of MFNs on competition. The forum was hosted by the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) Competition Law Center and supported by the Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court of China.

The Forum was attended by over 200 antitrust professionals, including more than 30 judges from the Supreme People’s Court, High People's Courts and Intermediate People's Courts of China, Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg, officials from the DOJ and the FTC, and antitrust lawyers and economists from both China and the U.S.
