Dr. Fei Deng served as a panelist in a China IP roundtable, “China’s Evolving Anti-Monopoly/ IP Interface: Implications for Innovation in China and Beyond,” co-hosted by Cravath, Swaine, and Moore LLP and Zhonglun Law Firm, in New York, NY on May 7, 2015.

Dr. Deng and her co-panelists -- Roger Brooks of Cravath, Peng Wu of Zhonglun, and Alex Rogers of Qualcomm -- discussed China’s changing IP rules and guidelines for standard-setting bodies and their implications for international enterprises in and outside China.
